Throughout our 6 Week Bootcamp we will be delivering our high intensity group fitness classes in addition to giving you a 6 week unlimited gym pass, allowing you to get into your best shape across these challenging 42 days!
Attend any 3 SESSIONS on a weekly basis! Simple! There are various workouts to choose your favourite, ranging from Kettlebell, TRX and Pump Resistance workouts, to cardio based HIIT and Spin & Core sessions.

Our private bespoke facility located at 24 Bridge Street is the perfect setting for your 1-2-1 personal training, with top of the range commercial equipment, alongside a private and safe environment.
Open 7 days a week!
We are dedicated to delivering the best training experience for our customers. The gym itself has a group fitness studio room to the rear of the facility with a large TRX station, kettlebell and functional training area.
Rates:
Single Personal Training Session
£25 per session
Package of 8 Sessions with Gym usage and home/gym programming
Total Cost £175
Package of 20 Sessions with Gym usage and home/gym programming
*Second person charged at 50% cost of above when 2 people training together as a couple!

Looking for a gym in Comber? Come down to The Training Room. The gym is located @ 24 Bridge St close to the town centre, and is open 7 days a week!
